Important information about your booked Oktoberfest package
- You will receive a booking confirmation after successful booking. Please ensure that you have this with you in printed or digital form during your visit to the Oktoberfest.
- You will receive additional important information about your reservation (information about receiving the vouchers, admission procedure at the tent, etc.) in a separate e-mail at least 1-2 weeks before your booked date.
- You will receive the voucher for free participation in a guided tour (either a guided tour of the Oktoberfest or a guided tour of the Old Town) in the form of a voucher code on your booking confirmation. You can only redeem the voucher code online and only for the number of people booked for one of the two guided tours.
- You will receive the official Oktoberfest stein 2026, the tickets for the Ferris wheels and the respective vouchers or admission wristbands for the festival tents (if required) on presentation of your booking confirmation and your ID/passport on the day of your reservation at the official Oktoberfest information stand in Wirtsbudenstraße directly behind the entrance arch (main entrance).
- Please note that you must take your seats in the Oktoberfest tent punctually at the time you have booked, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled without substitution and the seats will be allocated elsewhere.

Whether at lunchtime or in the evening, the Oktoberfest has its charms at all times: it's at its cosiest at midday. In the morning, stroll through the still rather empty alleys between carnies and pub stalls and enjoy the smell of freshly roasted almonds and hearty specialties. Thanks to your food and drink tokens, you will arrive at your reserved place in the festival tent well equipped. With Bavarian brass band music, delicacies and beer, happiness is not long in coming.
In the evening, when the lights of the rides start to shine and the weather slowly gets cooler, the Oktoberfest guests are drawn to the beer tents. How good that with your reservation you don't have to worry about tents being closed due to overcrowding! Celebrate carefree and be there when the atmosphere in the festival tent reaches its peak.
